چکیده

Bonylip barb fish Osteochilus hasselti is traditionally cultivated as a by-product in polyculture system due to the problem of seed availability. The increase local market demand for O. has not been met low productivity growers. In an effort availability seeds, intensification at nursery stage potential be effective overcoming limitations land and water cultivation. aquaponic can maximize yields through vertical use space also overcome with recirculation system. This study aimed evaluate effectiveness aquaponics on nursery. treatment tested was stocking density initial length 4.28 ± 0.52 cm weight 0.73 0.29 g many 100 ind./m2, 150 200 ind./m2 bok choy plants (Brassica rapa subsp. chinensis). 30 days using showed that resulted maximum survival absolute growth, feed conversion ratio, coefficient variation which were significantly different (P>0.05). At densities above growth value specific rate higher. Overall, it concluded used high best production performance ind./m2.

 ABSTRAK
 Ikan nilem dibudidayakan secara tradisional sebagai produk sampingan dalam sistem polikultur karena masalah ketersediaan benih. Peningkatan permintaan pasar lokal terhadap belum dapat dipenuhi rendahnya produktivitas pembesaran. Dalam upaya meningkatkan benih ikan, intensifikasi pada tahap pendederan berpotensi efektif mengatasi keterbatasan lahan dan air untuk budidaya. Perkembangan teknologi budidaya dengan akuaponik memaksimalkan hasil melalui pemanfaatan ruang vertikal resirkulasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas ikan nilem. Perlakuan yang diuji adalah padat tebar panjang 4,28 0,52 bobot 0,73 0,29 sebanyak ekor/m2, ekor/m2 tanaman choi Brassica chinensis. Pendederan selama hari memperlihatkan bahwa perlakuan menghasilkan kelangsungan hidup serta tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05). Pada kepadatan di atas diperoleh nilai pertumbuhan mutlak laju spesifik lebih tinggi. Secara keseluruhan, disimpulkan digunakan tinggi kinerja produksi terbaik ekor/m2.
